Don’t mind the quality … forgot to take a picture before it was put behind glass!
That’s the truth … was supposed to meet a friend for lunch today. She called me after she’d been waiting for 15-20 minutes, and noticed that my car was nowhere to be seen.
Where was I? I was finishing off some clay prints … hoping to get at least three worth framing. The picture here is my fifth lift from the clay I think, and then I turned the slab I made the prints from into a platter. It will go into the next bisque load and I’m hoping to put them all side-by-side at the Colborne Show in March … Just to show another way my poor little brain works!
It’s what happens when I get going on a project. Everything else flies out the window. Want to drop by for coffee? Sorry. Should we eat? Maybe not. Sleep? When it’s all done. Have we made plans? Send me a memo! I missed a physio appointment and forgot to pick up the dog’s ashes too this week. What to do? Good thing it will all be in place at the Gallery before my son’s wedding on the 6th (I still don’t have a dress, do you think they’ll put up with some snazzy pajamas?) or I won’t just be friendless!
Hope you’re having a great day ..
Susan
Susan forget the pj’s Ho for a sari!
I meant GO for a sari! Lol
LOL, nothing like having fantastic focus, hey?
This print looks very interesting (in spite of the glass; ) Can’t wait to see it, close up, at the Gallery!
